Die Maschine started in September 2003 as an assimilation of three forces and ideas. Promoter/DJs Voodoo (ex-Ritual), Sanguinius (ex-Kult) & Cthulhu (ex-Coven) [2003-2005] all had one thing in common - a love of the diversity and strength of the music in the Goth/Industrial scene. Die Maschine is about exploring all the tastes and sounds that make up gothic culture - and providing a friendly, high callibre and affordable event - and bringing us together on the dancefloor. Its about meeting new people, exploring the music, and having one hell of a good night.

Resident DJs Voodoo and Sanguinius continue to develop this event with a supporting cast of guest DJs & the rare live performance from local & international bands. After 4 years, Die Maschine is still strong and defiant as ever.

What can you expect from Die Maschine? A mix of old and new gothic, industrial, ebm, darkwave, and classic tracks; cheap drinks, an energy charged club, centrally located venue, approachable folks, and a dedication to the scene and all the good things that go with it!
